To mark the reestablishment as an independent wing on July 1, 2016, 30+90 received this special color scheme, named after the World War One ace. In addition, the canards are painted with the "black tulip", trademark of Erich Hartmann, the highest-scoring fighter pilot of all time and first commander of the 71st Wing.
