F-16C #86-0262 is was flown in Iraq by Craig "Trigger" Stevenson during Operation Southern Watch. On January 17th, 1993, Stevenson downed a MiG-23 Flogger using an AIM-120 AMRAAM missile. Upon return to the US, the aircraft was assigned to the Ohio Air National Guard 162nd Fighter Squadron where it wore a single green star on the nose, denoting the kill.
