Lockheed F-22A 05-4086’s first assignment was with the 94th FS at Langley AFB, Virginia. In 2007 the aircraft was on short-term loan the 422nd TES (Test and Evaluation Squadron) at Nellis AFB before going to the 90th FS at Eielson AFB. Next 05-4086 moved to the 7th FS at Holloman AFB. In 2014 05-4086 transferred to the 95th FS “Boneheads" at Tyndale AFB who in April 2016 sent F-22s to RAF Lakenheath to train with other aircraft and display how quickly F-22s can be deployed world wide. The F-22s returned to the U.S. in May 2016.
